Progress on my baby blanket so far!

So some dbag stole the (totally awesome) hat I had made for Chris at Home Depot. I swear if I ever see the dude wearing it I am taking it off his head and running like a madwoman. Oh well, I found a new one to make him..

Basketweave Hat Now to find the right yarn. I will probably use the Lionbrand Fishermen’s wool. That is what his first one was made from.

I hope you get heat stroke from my hat you thieving thief!

Placed my first ever KnitPicks order today!
I bought the “Try it” set of interchangeable needles. I told Chris I wanted a nice set for Christmas and before shelling out the money on the wood ones (which I think I want) I figured testing them would be better. Who knows, maybe I will be a metal needles convert!
I also ordered some yarn. Peruvian Highland Wool, to be exact. I don’t have a set pattern in mind (I never do), but I’m still excited :)

Adorable! I want to make these! Seriously, I have a problem. My list of things to knit is becoming endless…actually, it may have surpassed endless quite some time ago. :/

Definitely on my must knit list!….I wonder if there is a crochet version too..
