Project Runway just isn’t the same without Tim Gunn. And Heidi Klum. And Michael Kors. Oh, and also Nina Garcia

So Chris and I have pretty much given up on the Dukan Diet. Sure, it works and we saw results (both of us lost almost 25lbs), but the diet itself stinks! I was so sick of eating all the protein. So we are giving weight watchers a go.

I bought one of the cookbooks this week and made my first recipe from it. Multi Grain Blueberry scones. They didn’t look as nice as the picture, but they turned out pretty tasty.

For dinner tonight; Chinese Noodle Soup. Making it in my new cast iron dutch oven!
